Dr. Robert Straga received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004 from the University of Alberta. After one year practicing general dentistry in Lethbridge, Alberta he returned to school to study periodontics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Three years later he received a Diploma in Periodontics and Master of Science. Dr. Straga completed his Fellowship exam with the Royal College of Dentistry of Canada in June 2008 and has been registered as a peridontal specialist in Alberta since 2009. Dr. Straga is a past President of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology. He provides all aspects of periodontal care, surgical implant treatment, as well as bone and soft tissue grafting. Dr. Straga lives in Edmonton with his wife and four children and can be seen riding his bike to work across the High Level Bridge every morning regardless of weather.
